How do I return my order?

- Items purchased online must be mailed back to our warehouse. Packages brought directly to our warehouse location will not be accepted or processed.

1) Fill out the returns section on the front of your returns form (found inside your package upon delivery), matching the item number to the number given below the barcode of the product price tag.

2) Insert your Return Form in your return package.

3) Affix the return label to your parcel, making sure you’ve removed the original address label if you are reusing your Product of the Ghetto packaging

4) Seal your package securely. 

5) Take the package to a FedEx drop off location

What delivery options do you offer and how much do they cost?

- Product of the Ghetto exclusively uses Canada Post for all delivery services. 

- shipping cost varies depending on your location. 

How do I request a new Return Shipping Label?

 If, for some reason you ship your return without using the provided shipping label, please ensure that you receive a receipt with tracking information, which you should retain until you receive your refund. We do not refund lost return packages shipped within non-Product of the Ghetto provided labels.

·The warehouse do not send back return items.

·Please allow sufficient time for your package to be returned to our warehouse. Packages must be returned within 30 calendar days of the date the package was originally delivered. Refunds are processed daily. However it can take up to 14 business days to process a refund.

·After your returned items have been received and processed, the refund of the amount you paid for the goods will be refunded, excluding any delivery charge. You will receive an email confirming the refund has been processed. It may take 3 - 5 business days before funds are reflected in your account depending on your bank/credit card issuer.

·Please keep in mind that the entire return/refund process may take up to 14 calendar days from arrival in warehouse to refund depending on volume.

 

What is your returns policy?

- Items can be returned within 30 calendar days of the date you receive your package 

-  Items must be in original selling condition (new,unopened,unused, unwashed, and unaltered) and in its original packaging with tags attached to be considered for return.

- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

- Merchandise that is sold at discounted prices are final sale and may not be eligible for refunds

- We do not offer price adjustments

Once a product is exchanged, a refund will not be permitted, only exchange will be allowed.

 

* discounted prices include the following:

a. All items on Sale, indicated when price is listed in RED are not eligible for refund, but may be eligible for exchange at store locations.

b. All items on Limited Offer. Limited Offer items purchased In-Store are eligible for refund or an exchange at store locations. Limited Offer items purchased online are eligible for an exchange in-store or refund by returning it to our warehouse. Stores will not process refunds for items purchased online.

c. All items placed on Mark Down. Mark down items are sale items that are not eligible for refund, but may be eligible for exchange at store locations.
